He started his career as a luxury apartment locator in downtown Chicago, connecting renters to premier Class-A apartment communities. After a few years, several of his clients began expressing interest in homebuying and he knew it was time to get his broker’s license to help them navigate their next chapter. Today he helps buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and investors navigate the market.

He finds the job rewarding in many ways. He especially enjoys helping others navigate the nuances of making moves and investing in real estate. Jake has always loved architecture, city planning and the excitement you feel when discovering different neighborhoods and local hot spots. Chicago offers a diverse range of cultures that give the city a truly unique pulse. He has helped over 1,000 clients with a career volume of over $55,000,000.

He’s also received countless awards and recognition, including: CAR Top Producer designations in 2018/2019 and 5 Star Agent Recognition in 2019 and 2020.
